There is only one meeting room available in Slavia hotel and two in Iris hotel. Our aim is to give all the team sequal opportunity to use meeting rooms. Each team will be provided with one hour meeting per day for free.

The schedule was set for the meetings from June 17 to 22 and you can find it at the reservation system.

You can change the time of your meeting within the free slots to a time which suits you better.

Teams can use only the meeting rooms in their hotel.

At 8 p. m. remaining free slots will be released for additional orders for next day. You can apply in the World Cup Office at pitch A, or with email to booking@lacrosse.cz.

Additional use of meeting rooms will be subject of payment: CZK 1500 per hour in meeting rooms in Iris, CZK 1000 in the meeting room in Slavia.

All meeting rooms will be equipped with projector, DVD player, flipchart. Connection of your notebook to the projector is possible.
