A password for practice field reservation has been sent to the contact person provided by the team on March 31, 2009. The reservation system has been launched on March 31, 2009 at 22.30 CEST (Central European Summer Time - GMT/UTC + 2 hours).

Specified information regarding WC practices

Dear all,

we would like to ask to follow updated rules for pitch reservations: 

June 11-12
We can arrange pitch for you on your request - Charged. Please contact your liason.

June 13-14

You can book practice up to 4 hours a day through internet, pitch C (artificial grass) - Charged.

June 15
You can book practice up to 4 hours a day through internet, pitch C (artificial grass), pitch D (turf) - Charged.

June 16
Pitch C, D (artificial grass) available for 60 minutes practices per team and a day (charged). In case you need more practice time, please contact your liason.

June 17

Pitch A a B available for 40 minutes practices per team and day (free of charge):

Pitches C1, C2, D1, D2 (artificial grass) available for 60 minutes per team for free, additional practices can be booked from June 15 (charged).

June 18-19, 21-26
Pitches C1, C2, D1, D2 (artficial grass), E1, E2, E3, E4 (natural grass) available for 60 minutes per team for free, additional practices can be booked from June 15 (charged). Not all fields are available every day because of the World Cup accompanying program and other events.

June 20
No practice pitches available at Slavia. A natural grass pitch in Malešice (pitch M, 30 mins from Slavia by public transport) is available - up to 1 hour per team for free, additional hours charged.

June 26
Teams who play on Saturday June 27 will be provided with free 1 hour practice at pitch F (SYNOT TIP ARENA): bronze medal game teams 4-5 p.m., finalists 5-6 p.m.

Malešice pitch is available during the whole tournament (charged).

Incorrect bookings will be corrected by our administrator.

How to create a new reservation

In case you wish to create a reservation for your pratice, please follow these instructions:

1. Direct your web browser to http://booking.lacrossepraguecup.com

2. Use your registered e-mail address for login

3. Go to BOOKINGS (menu on left side)

4. Move to June 2009

Roll down to the bottom of the page to see the calendar (JUMP TO DATE) or click on the monthly calendar on the right side several time to jump to June 2009.

5. Choose a field (C or D)

field C - artificial grass- preferred footwear - turf shoes (cleats possible)

field D - natural grass - preferred footwear - turf shoes

6. Create a reservation

Choose the date and time of your practice and click on the appropriate cell. New window will apprear. Check the reservation and click on SAVE. Your reservation will be created, a confirmation e-mail will follow.

My reservations

List of your reservations you can see at MY CONTROL PANEL - MY RESERVATIONS.

How to cancel my reservation

In case you wish to cancel your reservation, go to MY CONTROL PANEL - MY RESERVATIONS.

Choose the reservation you wish to cancel and click on DELETE on the right side. New window will appear. Click on DELETE button. Your reservation will be cancelled, a confirmation e-mail will follow.

How to change my reservation

In case you wish to change your reservation, go to MY CONTROL PANEL - MY RESERVATIONS.

Choose the reservation you wish to change and click on MODIFY on the right side. New window will appear with your reservation details. Change the reservation appropriately. Your reservation will be changed, a confirmation e-mail will follow.
